Primary School Dance – General

At Dance till you Drop we specialise in providing primary school students with a dance education which is education and fun, creative and confidence building.

We recommend full term dance programs, yet can alter to more or less weeks to suit your school if need be, and are now in the process of offering online options for country and regional schools.

On-site dance sessions

Duration of classes vary from 30-45 minutes. This will be dependant on number of students per dance session, timetable and age.

Our pride is seeing ALL students benefit from our classes and one way we ensure each student is getting of equal value from the lessons is that we rotate the lines and positions during the sessions and routines so that every student has a chance at the front to encourage them to shine!

All our sessions cover:

  • The strand of Dance in the the PDHPE Syllabus,
  • All the outcomes and indicators for each strand,
  • Teachers Marking Guide to assist teachers in marking the students,

We offer 2 programs for primary schools:

1. Cultural & Dance Program – structured program with a variety of cultural styles.

2. “Design Your Own” Program – whatever your schools outcome, we will do a program for you.

    'Dance till you Drop's sister company 'Bop Till You Drop' do disco and karaoke parties for birthdays, primary schools, preschools, christening, Hotels and RSL Clubs.
